回(hui)轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機改進(jin)原單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機內部結構(gou),增加(jia)(jia)入機前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機生產能力(li)與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理,操作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊(die)在一起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能烘干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅(fu)度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的內層(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱(re)量,同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
