大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減(jian)少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由此完成(cheng)干燥目的。
