回轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單可(ke)行,廣泛應(ying)用于各(ge)個行業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機體的外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總(zong)長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承(cheng)(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
