回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增(zeng)加入機前(qian)濕料(liao)(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料(liao)(liao)在(zai)機內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術(shu)先(xian)進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構(gou)
三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)改為套(tao)疊(die)在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和(he)熱氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外(wai)(wai)筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)(hui)轉滾筒的內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的。
