產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱能烘干物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
