三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
