回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入機(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)干和(he)延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再(zai)加上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理(li)的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可(ke)(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行參數合(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)可(ke)(ke)行,廣(guang)泛應用于各個行業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體的(de)外形尺寸。該(gai)機工作時,物料和(he)熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
