回轉式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部結構,增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)入機前濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長(chang)濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)在機內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再(zai)加(jia)(jia)上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生(sheng)產(chan)能力與(yu)原(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相(xiang)比(bi),提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參(can)數合理,操作簡單可(ke)行,廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各(ge)個行業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)(dan)筒體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒,以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進入內至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)(du)約為與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自(zi)重而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
