產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
