大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方(fang)(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)。
