回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒體改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒,以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外筒體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou)(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充(chong)分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了(le)干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的。
