大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由(you)三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總(zong)體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
