回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干時間(jian),再(zai)加(jia)(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容(rong)積(ji)蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先(xian)進、運(yun)行參數合(he)理(li),操作(zuo)簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利(li)用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用。其筒體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
