大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得到充(chong)分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入中層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進,呈進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
