回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前(qian)濕料(liao)的預烘干(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫(wen)以(yi)及(ji)合理的配套(tao)措施,使烘干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式(shi)(shi)烘干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運(yun)行(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作(zuo)簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套疊(die)在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou)(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘干物料后(hou)(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料因自(zi)重而(er)(er)不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
