回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機改(gai)進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機內(nei)部結構,增加入機前濕料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)干和(he)延(yan)長濕料在(zai)機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再(zai)加上密封、保溫以及合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機生(sheng)產能力與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機相比(bi),提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容(rong)積蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行參數合理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)個行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料(liao)后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
