回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)(he)理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)力與(yu)原(yuan)單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單可行,廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)各(ge)個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次(ci)進(jin)入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又(you)延長(chang)了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
