三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體(ti)的截面得(de)到充分(fen)的利用。其筒體(ti)外形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)(bu)退一步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能(neng)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
