回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能力與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三(san)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一(yi)起(qi)的三(san)筒,以(yi)縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復(fu)折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱(re)能烘干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下(xia)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
