回轉式三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前(qian)濕料的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密(mi)封(feng)、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)(li)的(de)(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產(chan)能力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理(li)(li),操作簡單(dan)(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成干燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
