大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動(dong)(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)(er)落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)(er)不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由(you)此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥目的。
