產品結構(gou)
三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒體(ti)(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒,以(yi)縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外筒體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝置(zhi)進入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了(le)干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此達(da)到干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到干燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由(you)此完成(cheng)干燥目的(de)。
