回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發(fa)強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行,廣泛應(ying)用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒烘干機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的三筒,以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次(ci)進入內至外筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘干物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體(ti)的(de)(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒體(ti)外形(xing)總長度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
