回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強度可(ke)(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為(wei)6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進、運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)(ke)行(xing),廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒烘干(gan)(gan)機是(shi)通過對(dui)單筒烘干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒體改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一(yi)起(qi)的(de)三(san)筒,以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依(yi)次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒體,在機體Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
