三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分的利(li)用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損(sun)件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發(fa)的(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快(kuai)速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
