工作原理(li)
XDS三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)一種水平安(an)裝(zhuang)的(de)組合烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji),筒(tong)(tong)體依靠(kao)4個驅動(dong)輪(lun)支撐并摩擦傳動(dong)筒(tong)(tong)體輪(lun)帶(dai)。筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)入(ru)(ru)(ru)料(liao)端設有熱風(feng)爐裝(zhuang)置,當被烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)進入(ru)(ru)(ru)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)后,在內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)螺旋(xuan)揚料(liao)板(ban)推動(dong)下(xia)(xia)進入(ru)(ru)(ru)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)斜(xie)軸(zhou)向揚料(liao)板(ban),在揚料(liao)板(ban)帶(dai)動(dong)下(xia)(xia)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)斜(xie)軸(zhou)向均勻料(liao)幕(mu)同(tong)時推動(dong)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)前進;物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)進入(ru)(ru)(ru)中(zhong)筒(tong)(tong)后,在弧形(xing)(xing)斜(xie)徑(jing)向揚料(liao)板(ban)作用下(xia)(xia),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)斜(xie)徑(jing)向均勻前進料(liao)幕(mu);物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)進入(ru)(ru)(ru)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)后,在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)多(duo)(duo)點徑(jing)向揚料(liao)板(ban)作用下(xia)(xia),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)多(duo)(duo)點徑(jing)向料(liao)幕(mu),并向出(chu)(chu)料(liao)端移(yi)動(dong);出(chu)(chu)料(liao)端物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)落在出(chu)(chu)料(liao)錐上進入(ru)(ru)(ru)出(chu)(chu)料(liao)螺旋(xuan)筒(tong)(tong),再落入(ru)(ru)(ru)出(chu)(chu)料(liao)罩排出(chu)(chu)。熱煙(yan)氣在揚料(liao)過程中(zhong)與物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)充分進行(xing)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)所含(han)水份蒸發后被氣流帶(dai)走。
