回轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)干和(he)延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以(yi)及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力與原單筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)于(yu)各個行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套(tao)疊(die)在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)入(ru)內(nei)至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
