回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構(gou),增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準(zhun)煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和(he)熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干燥目的。
