回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理的(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與(yu)原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是(shi)通過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體的外形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套(tao)疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)進排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
