三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換(huan),在中(zhong)間(jian)設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
