回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒式烘干機是通過對單(dan)筒烘干機的單(dan)筒體改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮(suo)短烘干機體的外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒體,在機體Z形往(wang)復(fu)折流后(hou),充分(fen)利(li)用(yong)熱能(neng)烘干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形(xing)總長(chang)度約(yue)為(wei)與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
