回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結(jie)構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再(zai)加上密(mi)封、保溫(wen)以(yi)及(ji)合理的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數合理,操作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業(ye)的(de)礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外(wai)筒體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
