回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產能力(li)與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先(xian)進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡(jian)單可(ke)行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和(he)熱氣流(liu)(liu)依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流(liu)(liu)后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由(you)三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
