回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內(nei)部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生(sheng)產能(neng)力與原單筒式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合理(li),操作簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機(ji)工(gong)作時(shi),物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減(jian)少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由(you)電機直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多(duo)回(hui)路方式行進(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下快速行進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
