三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式行進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速(su)行進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不能快速(su)行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
