煤(mei)粉(fen)灰烘干機是(shi)煤(mei)粉(fen)經高溫燃(ran)燒后形成的一(yi)種似(si)火山灰質混合材料。
它(ta)是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣噴入(ru)爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態(tai),產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃(ran)(ran)物的高溫(wen)煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置(zhi)捕(bu)集就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相(xiang)似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣(gai)和(he)未燃(ran)(ran)盡(jin)碳。
