大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
