回轉式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)(san)筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由(you)三(san)個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成(cheng)干燥(zao)(zao)目的。
