粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的(de)發電廠(chang)將煤磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤粉(fen)(fen),用預(yu)熱空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到(dao)了粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。

濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干, 粉煤灰在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了(le)干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由此達到干燥效果,完成干燥過程。
設備特點
該設備與其他干燥(zao)設備相比,生產(chan)能(neng)力大,可連續操(cao)作; 結(jie)構簡單,操(cao)作方便;故障少,維修(xiu)費用低;適用范圍廣,流體阻力小,可以用它干燥(zao)顆(ke)料狀物料,對于那些附著性(xing)大的(de)物料也很有利;操(cao)作彈(dan)性(xing)大,生產(chan)上允許產(chan)品的(de)流量(liang)有較大波動范圍,不會影響(xiang)產(chan)品的(de)質量(liang);清掃容易(yi)。
