回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上(shang)密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的配(pei)套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運(yun)行參數合(he)理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利(li)用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回轉滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
