產(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)和(he)熱(re)氣流(liu)(liu)依次進(jin)入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)(liu)后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件(jian)的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設(she)計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥,由(you)此完成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
