大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡(jian)單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)(zai)中間(jian)設(she)計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進,呈進兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱量,同(tong)時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的。
