回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合理(li)(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參數合理(li)(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)各個行業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度約(yue)為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅(fu)度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不能(neng)快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的。
