回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內(nei)至外筒體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
