回(hui)轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能力(li)與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應(ying)用(yong)于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形(xing)總(zong)長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該(gai)(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
