回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)(liao)在機內烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的(de)(de)配套(tao)措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干機生(sheng)產能力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通(tong)過對單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒體改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至外筒體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度(du)約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移(yi)動至內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒內呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
