三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長(chang)度(du)(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)(du)地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端而落入外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
