粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的(de)發(fa)電廠(chang)將煤磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤粉,用(yong)預熱空氣噴(pen)入(ru)爐(lu)膛(tang)經(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產生(sheng)混雜有大(da)量(liang)不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到了粉煤灰(hui)。粉煤灰(hui)的(de)化學組(zu)成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)分(fen)為二氧(yang)(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)(yang)化鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果,完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)過程。
