回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物料和熱氣流依次進(jin)入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形往(wang)復(fu)折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接。
