回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干機內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入機前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作簡單可(ke)行(xing)(xing)(xing),廣泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)(xing)(xing)業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利(li)用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由(you)三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進式實(shi)(shi)現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)進排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
